1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the n7bet Platform, an internationally licensed gaming entity.
• "Platform" refers to the n7bet website accessible at https://n7bet.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, together with all games, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has completed the n7bet registration process and holds an active account.
• "Account" means the registered member account held in a single individual's name on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed through the Platform on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback amount granted to a member under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole supported account and transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session-time controls available to all members.
• "Working Day" means Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with n7bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold an account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the legality of using the Platform in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must hold a valid, active Indonesian bank account or registered Indonesian e-wallet in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of the Company, nor an immediate family member (spouse, sibling, parent, or child) of any such person.
• You must not already hold an existing n7bet account. Only one account is permitted per individual person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or permanently closed by the Company for any reason.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. The name on your n7bet account must match exactly the name on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and your bank account or e-wallet registration.

3.2 KYC Verification

All members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), showing all four corners of the document.
• A live selfie photograph in which you are holding your KTP beside your face, with both clearly legible.
• Where required by the Company's compliance team, a recent bank statement or e-wallet transaction history confirming your payment method.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours on Working Days. n7bet reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation if submitted materials are unclear or insufficient to complete verification.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent stage constitutes an immediate and material breach of these Terms. In such cases, n7bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent conduct is identified, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

4. Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. n7bet will never request your password via any communication channel.
• Any activity conducted using your account credentials — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been carried out by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified n7bet's support team immediately upon becoming aware of an unauthorised access event.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact n7bet support immediately via live chat or the support email address. Delayed reporting may affect the outcome of any subsequent investigation.
• n7bet recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling all available two-factor authentication options where offered.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

n7bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All payment methods must be registered in the member's own verified name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

5.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and member KYC tier. Current limits are displayed within the member account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified members are processed within a target timeframe of two (2) hours during Working Day hours. Processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours during peak periods or for first-time withdrawal requests. n7bet is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own processing schedules.

5.4 Currency

All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). n7bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transfer made in a currency other than IDR may be rejected or returned at the sender's cost.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

n7bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. The specific terms — including the wagering requirement, minimum odds or game type restrictions, validity period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are published on the promotional offer page or communicated via your account notification centre at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the promotional terms govern for that specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of five times (5x) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino table games typically contribute 10%; slots contribute 100%. The exact contribution rates for a specific promotion are published in the promotional terms.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward sports bonus wagering requirements unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• n7bet reserves the right to void bonus winnings and confiscate bonus funds where abuse of a promotional offer is detected, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. A member is considered "new" for the purpose of the Welcome Bonus if they have not previously held any account on the Platform. 6.4 Seasonal Promotions

n7bet periodically runs seasonal and event-based promotions aligned to the Indonesian calendar — including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major international sporting tournaments. Participation in seasonal promotions is subject to the specific terms published for each campaign.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by n7bet. A bet is considered accepted and binding only when confirmed by a unique bet reference number displayed in the member's bet slip and transaction history. n7bet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a market has been suspended or odds have been published in error.

7.2 Odds Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were published in manifest error — including but not limited to clerical errors, system errors, or prices that are clearly inconsistent with fair market value — n7bet reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the member's account. No liability is accepted for profits generated from manifestly erroneous odds.

7.3 Market Settlement

Sports markets are settled according to official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton). Results based on replays, protests, or subsequent amendments may be re-settled at n7bet's discretion, consistent with industry-standard settlement rules. Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG software and are considered final once the round is complete.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets placed during a valid in-play window and confirmed with a bet reference number will stand unless the event is subsequently voided in its entirety. n7bet does not accept liability for internet connectivity issues on the member's side that may affect in-play bet placement.

7.5 Void Events

Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or abandoned before a conclusive result is reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voided legs are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated across the remaining legs.

8. Responsible Gaming

n7bet is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members at no charge via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the n7bet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, database structures, user interface design, graphics, text, and game assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the Company's prior written consent. Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n7bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether personally or via a third party acting on your behalf ("multi-accounting").
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or KYC documentation — whether with or without that person's knowledge.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Colluding with other members, agents, or third parties to manipulate odds, game outcomes, or bonus payouts.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a systematic manner designed to generate risk-free profit at the Company's expense.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer any software component, or introduce malicious code of any kind.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward n7bet's support staff or other members.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. n7bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• n7bet's total aggregate liability to any member — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• n7bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, however arising.
• n7bet accepts no liability for any failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, bank system outages, Indonesian public holiday banking restrictions, acts of God, or regulatory intervention.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits n7bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting n7bet support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) Working Days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by n7bet

n7bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed against a deposit transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure or asset freeze.

Where an account is closed due to a member breach, n7bet reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no member wrongdoing, any legitimate balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applicable in the Company's jurisdiction of licensure.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia that cannot be excluded or waived by contract. n7bet acknowledges that online gaming occupies a legally complex position in Indonesia and does not seek to deny members recourse to applicable local remedies in matters of genuine consumer harm.

14. Amendments to These Terms

n7bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to deposit limits, bonus eligibility structures, withdrawal processing procedures, or prohibited activities — n7bet will notify active members via their registered email address and/or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
